Inventory Tracker Web App - Vaimar Suites

Across four group homes, supplies like paper towels, cleaning products and toiletries were tracked loosely, if at all. Nobody could say for sure what each home had on hand, things ran out before anyone reordered, and when stock went missing there was no record of who used what, or when.

We built HomeStock, a web app made for how group homes actually run. Owners and managers get a dashboard with every home, total stock, low-stock alerts and recent activity. Shift leads and staff get a simple app that opens with their shift, where they log what they use, run counts, move stock between homes and build shopping lists.

Each role only sees what it needs. Incident tracking flags unusual losses and emails an alert, announcements and per-home chats keep staff in the loop, and every change is recorded in an activity history and reports.

Vaimar Suites can now answer three questions at any moment: what do we have, which home has it, and where did the missing stock go? Low stock is caught before it runs out, reorders are planned instead of rushed, and staff are accountable for what they use, shift by shift.
